Angel gave a small gasp. “How rude! I forgot to tell you that! My name is Angel.” She gave him a small smile. “What’s your name?”
♣} “I’m Ryusei.” He smiled a little and turned around, his tail stiffening at the sight of a couple looking at him strangely. “What the fuck are you looking at?!” Both the man and woman jumped and walked away from Ryusei. “…sorry, this happens often here.”
She gave a small chuckle. “Well it’s a pleasure to meet you.” She gave a small jump when he yelled at the couple, it catching her off guard. She gave a light giggle, “O, it’s ok. No reason to say sorry.”

Angel smiled. “Right?! Raoul and Christine wouldn’t make it. The Phantom, Erik, he’s so perfect for her. He would’ve giver her his entire world on a silver platter if she asked for it. They would’ve been so perfect for each other. He loved her enough to let her go.” She glanced at the book and gave a small grin. “It’s romantic to fight to get back your love, but it’s a tragic love when you can let them go to watch them be happy…In the end, he broke his own heart and it cost him his life..” She bit her lip and shifted on her feet with a soft giggle. “Sorry if I’m rammbling.”
Marik smiles warmly and shakes his head. “Not at all. I completely agree with you. Christine and Raoul were very cutesy. More of sweet puppy love. But Christine and the phantom had a more seductive relationship. Dark and mysterious. I find that appealing.” He winks slyly.
Angel gave a light giggle. “He interested her. He was dark, sexy, mysterious, and different. Things Raoul was not. Him and Christine had a powerful relationship. Raoul merely had a puppy love for the pretty young girl he saw on stage.” She nodded her head and brushed her bangs back, looking up at the boy with big blue eyes.
Marik chuckles and smiles softly down at her. “Exactly what I think.” He gently tucks a piece of her hair behind her ear.
Angel giggled lightly, biting her lip with a soft blush. “I wasn’t aware many people were interested in ‘Le Fantôme de l’Opéra’.” She smiled softly. “It’s nice to see someone with good taste.”

“Oui.” Angel nodded her head and followed him, happy that Juda was behaving today and not acting up. She followed him, making sure to memorize the way he was leading her.
♣} To show he wasn’t a creeper just like the ones he mention, he lightly grabbed the girl by the sleeve and walked slowly out of the dilapidated area and onto the better part of town. There were more lights, newer cars, and people actually walking around. Ryusei sighed in relief. It was a miracle that they didn’t get jumped. “…so what’s your name?”
Angel gave a small gasp. “How rude! I forgot to tell you that! My name is Angel.” She gave him a small smile. “What’s your name?”

She gave a small smirk at the tail. “I take it you fall under ‘the like’?”
♣} Blinking twice, Ryusei turned his head to the voice. He smiled a little. “Yeah, I do.” The hybrid wouldn’t reveal exactly what he was just yet, however. “Let’s go until the thugs get to us.”
“Oui.” Angel nodded her head and followed him, happy that Juda was behaving today and not acting up. She followed him, making sure to memorize the way he was leading her.

She blinked before giving a confused look. “There’s a wrong part of town? I thought it was just directions. I thought I went east?” She bit her lip, but gave a small grin. “I’ll follow you, though I don’t see what’s so wrong with it.”
♣} “I meant ‘wrong’ as in ‘dangerous’. Thugs, drug dealers, rapists…the like.” Ryusei wasn’t far from those three. In fact, he was much, much worse, given his occupation. Luckily, he was off-duty, so to say. Without another word, the hybrid stepped away from her, giving the woman a good view of his tail. Not a single care was given…for now.
She gave a small smirk at the tail. “I take it you fall under ‘the like’?”

She shook her head. “Keep it red. It looks better red.” She quickly bit her lip and glanced at the book. “You were reaching for La- The Phantom Of The Opera? Just looking for something to read, or looking for something specific?”
He chuckles. “If you like it this way, I will keep it this way.” Marik shrugs with a sheepish smile. “I like the story. I enjoy the relationship between the Phantom and Christine. Part of me wishes they could’ve been together.”
Angel smiled. “Right?! Raoul and Christine wouldn’t make it. The Phantom, Erik, he’s so perfect for her. He would’ve giver her his entire world on a silver platter if she asked for it. She glanced around. “Just wondering around at night like a daring young badass.” She chuckled lightly and shook her head. “I’m just taking a walk.”
♣} ‘Badass indeed,’ Ryusei mused. Although he didn’t even know her name, she was nice enough to be given a warning. Or she was just being polite. “I’m afraid you’ve wandered through the ‘wrong part’ of town—” he tipped his hat up before he continued; the adolescent didn’t want to seem skeevy. “If you’d like, I can escort you away from here,”
She blinked before giving a confused look. “There’s a wrong part of town? I thought it was just directions. I thought I went east?” She bit her lip, but gave a small grin. “I’ll follow you, though I don’t see what’s so wrong with it.”

Her blush deepened a shade and she bit her lip before taking a small step back. “It’s a pleasure to meet you Marik.” She attempted to find something to let the colour fade out from her cheeks, at her attention turned towards his hair. “Is..is your hair naturally that red?”
Marik smiles softly, noticing her step back. He did not want to scare the pretty little thing away. He runs a hand through his crimson colored looks. “Yep. I had thought of dying it black at one time… But I think I’d miss it being red.” He grins and shrugs.
She shook her head. “Keep it red. It looks better red.” She quickly bit her lip and glanced at the book. “You were reaching for La- The Phantom Of The Opera? Just looking for something to read, or looking for something specific?”
